For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically
recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address.

Cookies
This site does collect cookies – a small file that a web
server sends to your PC when you browse certain websites. Cookies

In order to use this website, visitors and/or members are
not required to complete a registration form. If the visitor/member
elects to register, certain contact information must be provided.
It is only used to contact visitors/members about services on our
site which s/he has expressed an interest. It is optional for the
user to provide demographic information (income/gender/race/etc.)
and unique identifies (username, password). Giving additional information
provides for a more personalized experience on the site but is
not required.
Order Forms
We have an order form on this site. We require information from
the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information
(name, email, shipping address, etc.) and possibly financial
information (credit card number, expiration date, etc.). If we
have trouble processing an order, this information is used to
contact the user. This information is used:

• To fulfill the customer’s order.
When we transfer and receive certain
types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors
to a secure server and will notify visitors of this feature through a pop-up
screen on our site.

Shipping
Policy
Engelhart Gourmet Foods,
Inc., ships its sausage to arrive within 72 hours (UPS 3-Day
- Regular Shipping) of shipment to your destination. Orders
are shipped on Monday or Tuesday in order to insure timely
delivery and not get delayed over a weekend period. Your order
is shipped in super insulated boxes with sufficient cold packs
to keep your order cool during the entire shipment.
We
must have a street address for shipping. Engelhart Gourmet is
not able to process Internet Orders to P.O. Boxes or areas
outside the continental United States (48 states).
Please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipment
outside of our control (i.e. harsh weather).
Although we instruct UPS to leave your order at your door without signature,
please arrange to have someone available to receive your order from UPS at
the address you specify. You should refrigerate your order immediately upon
receipt. We are not responsible for delays in receipt should the UPS – at
its discretion – not leave your package for security reasons or any
other reason at an unattended shipping address you specify. If you have any
questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call us (800-400-6454) before
